Overview
Gathering data and information of different CF systems for the assessment of IME Implementation. Assisting in task/activities which contributes to the IME. Attending the IME prototyping workshop etc.

Responsibilities
My Line manager is the IT transformation consultant with main responsibility of the CF new inventory manage system. I assisted him on identifying the system and process which in need of IME. I also attended IM vendor workshops (in 2 weeks), meeting considering the incident management, involved in business case and user story development.
Support & Guidance
All the task/activities/sub projects throughout my internship was done under the supervision of my line manager(an expertise, knowledgeable telecom personnel in CF). There were also weekly summer placement team meetings which also helped me in internal networking.
Culture
CF has a diverse community with unique code of behaviors. The working culture is quiet flexible with opportunity to do hybrid working. I have met many experts in the MK office, each one of them takes pride of their work and contribute their best towards the CF vision.
Your Impressions
This internship helped me to gain new knowledge (Telecom process and system analysis) and also improved my existing soft skills. It also allowed me to be a part of a big project CF will be executing in the near future. It also improved my confidence, communication and interpersonal skills.
