Overview
My role as a business intern on the business diversity program allowed me to work closely with different teams across the business. Every day was different at Tesco because I had complete freedom over my project but my line manager was always available to give me her full support when I needed it.
Skills
Yes I have. I improved my communication skills, through networking sessions and presentations.
Responsibilities
Yes I was. At Tesco you are allowed freedom over your project to allow you explore your strengths and weaknesses.
Support & Guidance
I received so much support from the lovely program organisers, my amazing line manager and my team.
Culture
Tesco's culture is the best thing ever! The company is not so formal, everyone is friendly and always willing to help you.
Your Impressions
This internship definitely exceeded my expectations. I would go back if I was offered a place on the graduate program.
