Overview
Initially spent some time getting to know systems and processes. Then given a project involving some data analysis - looking to identify any areas where we could increase the customer conversion rate. Next, spent some time creating a presentation of the findings and presented them to stakeholders. Day to day varies depending on current needs of the team.
Skills
Developed problem solving greatly. Also developed analytical skills and presenting.
Responsibilities
Yes - I immediately felt like I was a valued member of the team. I was also asked to present my findings to executive level stakeholders and actions were taken off the back of them.
Support & Guidance
I felt supported throughout - I had plenty of questions and team always there to answer.
Culture
Very relaxed and friendly environment, but nonetheless everyone was extremely hard working.
