Overview
working a part of junior team on day-to-day tasks like creating pitchbooks, discussion materials including the backup work like modelling, research
Skills
improved skills in Microsoft office as well as specific IB resources like factset or bloomberg, interpersonal and communication skills in the professional environment, time management and prioritizing
Responsibilities
Increasingly, as you have to build up trust in the beginning. In the end was able to attend in person client meetings and submit work that hadn't been double checked
Support & Guidance
If needed always, but there was a lot of room to figure stuff out yourself. Induction week helped to get an overview
Culture
very collaborative and diverse, everyone is helpful, great atmosphere between the interns

A lot, got to know a lot of cool interesting people and learned a lot, even though intense and a bit exhausting
