Overview
I worked on smaller daily tasks such as maintaining client trackers on what materials we were sending as well as contributing to materials presented to clients for market analysis and more bespoke pieces of analysis for clients,
Skills
My interpersonal skills have dramatically improved and I am more comfortable operating in a highly professional environment. My excel and powerpoint skills have significantly improved along with my broader IT skillset.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility however I was closely managed by my managers given my junior position and inexperience.
Support & Guidance
I received an incredible amount of support and I cannot fault the team and the time they gave me.
Culture
The company culture was great and the general atmosphere was optimistic and motivated, I found it a very accomodating environment to be a part of while maintaining high expectations of its employees.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, at times I wish I was given more work which would have been more representative of what it is like as a graduate here.
