Overview
Daily stand-ups and talks with the team, Programming, knowledge transfer sessions and personal leadership and development sessions
Skills
I have learnt a lot about an area of computing i'd never done before and one which isn't taught at universities. I have developed all my skills but particularly team coding practices such as paired programming and PR reviewing
Responsibilities
Yes, I was making changes to many tools which are used by the company and customers and had the opportunity to make changes to these tools and add new features.
Support & Guidance
I received all the support and guidance i asked for. Concepts were explained well to me by members of my team and they invested lots of time in my development
Culture
A very fun company atmosphere, the people are lovely to be around. The office has lots of workspaces and many company events to include everyone
