Overview
• Producing a daily analysis of installation closure code data. • The production of daily reports. • Receipting of delivery notes from suppliers. • Case management - Coordinating blockage cases. • Further distributing the blockage cases to the appropriate contractors.

Support & Guidance
A lot of support was offered throughout, from team members and my line manager. As well as from other managers!
