Support & Guidance
Lots, lovely team. Always ask questions.
Culture
Quite nice, everyone is friendly and real. Quite different between central HR and regional offices, a lot of the stuff HR focusses on is irrelevant in regional offices such as Business Resource Groups. Everyone works together however seems a common theme among graduates that they wont be there for long. Seem quite aware that Aon pays okay while you're doing qualifications such as CFA and gives lots of study days. However, beyond this pay seems quite low and static.
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed, where the work may have been nothing to shout about the team more than made up. Great exposure to a variety of tasks and offers decent potential for future career progress. This is not wolf of wall street finance, just real people wanting a decent work-life balance.
