Overview
The role included a project for each intern. This would be what we were working on majority of the time. At the start of the internship there was SQL training to get acquainted as well as business department introductions. During the mid-weeks it was mainly data analytics and building on the project. Towards the end it included formulating recommendations and building a slide deck to present to the director and manager(s).

Responsibilities
We were given a project and this was something that can have a real impact on the business. At the end your recommendations (if any) were taken into account properly.
Support & Guidance
Guidance was available when needed and every week there would be usually 2 meetings with your manager and mentor each. You are assigned a buddy as well and the meetings can vary from 1-3 a week also. People are friendly and it is easy to reach out to them and put in some time if you require advice.
Culture
The working hours are great and culture is nice as well. People are hard-working, smart and friendly.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the internship and it was a great experience. I was exposed to proper work and developed multiple skills along the way as well.
Yes
Keep an open mind going in and always try to learn more. There are many different divisions with different specializations. Attend the social events as well, it is a great way to connect with people.
