Overview
I was in work every day for 7:45, we usually had a morning meeting every morning to plan our day ahead, come 8 o clock we could be sent doing a wide variety of jobs from meeting customers, on the road to garages we work with or in the office on the computer answering calls.
Skills
Time Management, organisational skills, business ethics and It skills all improved with my time in Enterprise
Responsibilities
As a manager trainee you learn the skills to be an assistant manager with more Time your are given more responsibility which will help you learn on your feet and will help when you become an assistant manager

Team was fantastic and I’ve definitely made new friends for like, the culture was extremely diverse which was something I had never experienced but loved it in enterprise
