Completing client work assigned by analysts and consultants, as well as receiving an overview of the core work done within the department.

Responsibilities
Yes, each piece of work provided by consultants/analysts for completion was to be completed independently, with freedom to approach the task in the way that you saw fit. Despite this freedom, support was always available.
Support & Guidance
Support was always available, everyone I met was more than happy to help and give advise.
Culture
Everyone was approachable and more than happy to help/speak to you. It was very welcoming.
