Overview
Working with the team you have been placed with on small projects, scrum calls, organized talks and events, networking and shadowing individuals, intern project (team)
Skills
Yes my ability to approach new coding tasks and languages as well as my understanding of full stack development and how this works within a bank
Responsibilities
I was not given much responsibility, the focus was on building my network including within my intern cohort, learning new things and the intern project
Support & Guidance
Individuals around the office were very nice and approachable allowing me to shadow them and go for coffees. Recruiter has been very nice and open. My team was completely international other than my manager and so communication has been difficult due to time zones and how busy the team is.

Really great, laidback and welcoming as well as supportive
Your Impressions
Really enjoyed the opportunity to meet and talk to new people especially the intern cohort. My ability to talk around coding has dramatically improved being new to it initially though my hard skills not as much.
Yes
Just need to show an interest and be enthusiastic as well as general problem solving and analytic skills -I was fairly new to coding!
