Overview
Liaising with clients and asset managers. Client facing viewings independently. Responsible for negotiating and drafting heads of terms for new leases on commercial properties. Worked with partners to find new sites for commercial development. Worked closely with senior associates for market appraisals and marketing reports for commercial properties.
Skills
Developed understanding and knowledge of CoStar and Agency Pilot software. Client interaction skills have improved along with confidence Have learnt to be resilient and to think on my feet when faced with a problem or challenging scenario with either clients or landlords. Understanding of commercial leases.
Responsibilities
I was given freedom to create my deals and projects following up from enquiries independently. I was free to negotiate lease terms between landlord and tenants whilst providing my feedback to management. Involved in as many projects as possible, essentially throwing me in at the deep end which was extremely beneficial for my professional experience
