Overview
Working in the valuation and professional practice department researching comparable evidence, writing valuation reports, finding information on properties/land, assisting with compulsory purchase claims

Greatly improved my research skills, and analysis of data found

A large amount of responsibility on the finding of comparable information and conversing with external individuals

Many from the department helped and supported me giving me a wide range of work to complete and how to go about completing it
