  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • On a daily basis I would usually start early begin serving customers whether retail, insurance or corporate customers and get them into vans/cars. Any customer returning check the vehicles and close their paper work, admin tasks

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Every rental comes with responsibility for any errors, could be costly, with returns checking for damage, for admin tasks any mistake could result in a customer not getting cars on time which could mess with their schedules
