Overview
My role was serving customers at the branch, gaining sales, and helping customers on the phone too. Day to day I would help make a plan, give customers their cars and talk them through their contracts. Reviewing bookings, and taking phone calls.

Responsibilities
Yes a lot of responsibility. I was trusted to run the branch by myself on late shifts and weekends also.
Support & Guidance
I did receive a good level of support and guidance. However sometimes I do feel that I could’ve been given more when working alone as there were still many things I wasn’t sure about.
Culture
The company culture was great. The team were very fun and there was never a dull day.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement. I have learnt many skills that will be useful for my future. I have also made many friends for life
Yes
I’d say to be themselves, have as much fun as possible, and Juno at every opportunity that you get.
