  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Dealing with customers, check in/returns going over vehicles making sure no damage is present. Booking customers in for cars when they need a replacement and making all customers rental ready! Dealing with any questions they might have, updating sfl and making sure customer satisfaction is on point!
