Overview
Dealing with customers, check in/returns going over vehicles making sure no damage is present. Booking customers in for cars when they need a replacement and making all customers rental ready! Dealing with any questions they might have, updating sfl and making sure customer satisfaction is on point!
Skills
Gained office and admin skills, good telephone skills and using a different arms system! Getting used to different car centre systems.
