Overview
Rent out cars to customers, book in customers, take calls and answer customer queries, check cars for damage
Skills
I have built on existing customer service skills a lot whilst with Enterprise. The role has also taught me more about handling difficult situations with customers in a patient manner.
Responsibilities
As interns we were treated as employees and the longer we were with the company the more responsibility we were given.
Support & Guidance
The company was really good for supporting me. They always gave me guidance and answered any questions I had.
Culture
It was a really good company to work with. Everyone we worked with was really nice.

I really enjoyed my placement. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the hours

Be prepared for long hours but apart from that it’s a great company and you’ll love the environment.
