Overview
The role involves lots of customer service and sales. Taking on new bookings, arranging replacement cars, checkin/checkout’s, and answering queries over the counter and over the phone.
Skills
Customers service, sales, logistics and problem solving. The role is very fast paced and great for learning new business related skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, you get trusted with lots of different tasks and responsibilities. It’s not like you are an intern, you are a member of the team and are very much involved.
Support & Guidance
Management are always on hand for questions during the day and will help you when required.
Culture
The team spirit is fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming and kind.

The long days are challenging however it is an enjoyable placement and very worthwhile for your development.
