    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Day to day included welcoming customers, renting out vehicles to them, checking the documents and checking over the vehicles. Calling customers on upcoming reservations, answering emails and doing admin job. Most important part is bringing in good attitude and being friendly to customers to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Working under pressure whilst remaining precise really came through during the summer. Customer service skills got even better under challenging situations.

  • I got really lucky and I got all the support I needed, everyone was really kind and always ready to help and answer my questions. Excellent team that was always there for me in all situations

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • A lot of things were arranged last minute which is definitely something that could be improved upon as well as interns come in a busy period of the summer so training could be wider and more specific. The culture in the company is fun and motivating, everyone is excited about what they do

  • Overall it was a fun experience and taught me a lot, the days were long and customers brought along some individual challenges but my esperience was rewarding
