Overview
My daily duties involved serving customers, booking customers in over the phone and general administrative duties. Also involved sales and driving business growth.
Skills
Customer service, sales, working well under pressure, communication, management, multi-tasking, administrative duties
Responsibilities
Yes- we had to take ownership of our daily delegations and had to chase up on specific things for deadlines etc
Support & Guidance
Everyone was extremely supportive, however I think this is dependant on what branch you get located in.
Culture
Company culture was generally good- everyone was supportive and everything is a team effort.
Your Impressions
I did enjoy it- I learned loads and the team I worked with was great however the hours are long and it can be stressful at times

Be prepared for what you are walking into- if you work hard and are prepared to work long hours you can progress quickly
