Overview
The process of developing a program requires: data collection, data analysis, and put the presentation. Considering this is a group project, the day-to-day tasks are very flexible.
Skills
Excel, and the ways I analyse data is something I have gained from this internship. It also helped developed my leadership, teamwork and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Yes. this is because our L&D department was reconstructing. So, there is no ongoing project for our team to look it. And I think we have a great responsibility when it comes to expanding the L&D department.

A lot, there is always someone who is willing to give us advice and feedback.
Culture

Overall, I enjoyed the internship a lot. Largely because I was working with a great team, and the project that I am working in offers great satisfaction.
Yes
FDM isn't like other cooperate companies. I think its more flexible and welcoming. So, do come to the company with an open mind
