Overview
Frequent recording of new incidents that will take place which would have then been tracked onto the ICT platform. Working on SLAs, updating the spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation as well as SIP Assessments by reaching out to different LOBs. Uploading new ATC tasks into the system and creating/ reviewing procedures from different LOBs. Taking minutes in meetings and attending meetings/ calls on a day to day basis.
Skills
Yes - learnt how to use the ICT and SHRP tool as well as developed my Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
Responsibilities
Lot of responsibility given from the start in terms of taking the lead on tasks and projects, reaching out to different teams, and sending emails to LOBs.
Support & Guidance
Lot of support and guidance given both from my buddy, manager, as well as the talent team. Weekly catch up calls with buddy and manager to touch base and let them know everything is going.
Culture
Amazing culture and atmosphere! Weekly lunch and drinks with my team, I was being heard in meetings and with the new ideas I had, and everyone is always helpful and is trying to help with things I may have not understood.
Your Impressions
Enjoyed my 10 week internship to a full extent! Had fun whilst also learning a lot and developed both on a professional and personal level and also met people and made connections.
