Overview
I answer retailer queries, run reports, I have lots of autonomy in terms of any projects I want to be involved in. For example, I am involved in a PR project despite being in the Sales department. Not every day is completely the same so it all depends on what needs doing that day.
Skills
I have improved my communication skills massively, using emails and teams calls to contact new people means you have to be really clear and concise on what you want to say. I have also become more confident due to increase responsibility
Responsibilities
I have only been on my placement for 2 months but so far I have my own reports to complete, answering of queries and I have autonomy of projects.
Support & Guidance
I have a very helpful team who I can contact any time I need guidance. It was quite a change from uni so I found asking for help is very important so you can learn as much as possible.
Culture
A really good atmosphere and everyone is very happy to help and friendly. The company culture is positive and also very friendly. With most roles being work from home it is harder to get a grasp of what the atmosphere is like but as soon as you go in to the office its much more apparent how friendly it is.

Be yourself, don't be scared to ask questions, show how previous experience relates to the job you are applying for, be honest - even if you don't have the experience they would want if you are willing to learn and have a good attitude they will see potential.
