Overview
On a day-to-day basis, supporting internal advisory teams with client advisory and delegated work.
Skills
Gained a greater insight into how financial institutions operate and orient their investment decisions amongst their peer groups. Greatly developed interpersonal skills whilst working with numerous client teams and have developed quantitative skills when extracting data from excel sheets.
Responsibilities
There were a lot of responsibilities that were given by client teams assigned and additional work I took on to pursue with the wider team.
Support & Guidance
WTW provides great support and guidance from start to finish, with all work and tasks assigned.
Culture
Excellent culture overall. Lots of socials and activities planned outside of work times to network and get to know your colleagues better.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at WTW. From opportunities to learn from the wider team to seeking guidance with the internal team, I very much enjoyed my internship.

The assessment day is quite long and extensive. With enough time for preparation, you should land a position at WTW.
