Overview
On a day-to-day basis I would help assisted my team with development or valuation work. This included finding and confirming comps, completing site overviews, residual valuations, site inspections and general office work.
Skills
I have learnt how to be more efficient with my time and workload and learnt some tips and tricks when doing certain type of work to help save time. I would say i have developed my network and socializing skills during my time with Savills.
Business Insight
Very interesting and insightful. I also think it is very useful to know before you apply for jobs and that Savills do an excellent job of this during the zoom calls.
Culture
I found Savills had a great culture to be in and it would be a really appealing atmosphere to work in.

Make sure your CV and covering letter is as good as it can be as this will get you through the door eg to the interview stage. If you successfully make it to the interview stage I would suggest you research the company, ask friends and family for tips/practice and be confident and enthusiastic during the interview.
