Overview
Doing pension calculations such as CETVs and trivial commutations. Also other types of work such as actuarial accounting and fees work.

Developed excel skills, improved analytical skills
Responsibilities
I was given actual client work so work had to be done to a high standard. I think being given that level of responsibility was beneficial as it allowed us to have an accurate experience of what it would be like to join as a graduate in this role.
Support & Guidance
There were multiple intern learning sessions with interns across all businesses in Aon. Throughout the internship colleagues were very supportive and willing to answer any questions no matter how simple.
