The Role
Had great days and great opportunities, sometimes the nature of the job itself was hard work. But this seems to be the same with most jobs
It was always kept in mind that I was only there for a limited period, but that was to be expected.
The structure of the management training programme provided that very well. The only difference is how each manager approaches that task.
Busy is good, Enterprise certainly keeps you busy, but occasionally I could have done with a bit more time to sit down and get my head round things
Got given just as much responsibility as other members of staff at my level.
Obviously some skills are non-transferrable, but time-management, prioritising, marketing and sales techniques, people skills and general management skills are definetly transferrable to the completion of my degree and other jobs I will have in the future.
The Company
I was in 3 different branches and the atmosphere was very different in each of them. The current one is the most fun.
great ran exactly teh same as the graduate scheme
Same extent as everyone else
Healthcare from home
The Culture
None between other students but that's because there were none in my area. The closest other girl was preston about an hour's drive away!
I lived at home for the duration of my placement
Not really. A couple of branch nights out and some drinks after work.
