Overview
This is an internship with two rotations, one in financing and the other in flow (trading, sales or structuring) Daily tasks include shadowing senior staff and doing desk-specific projects helping the desk in daily tasks. Examples include financial modelling, pricing, marketing material. On top of that, a final presentation to is required, where the intern can show what he/she learnt during the internhip.
Skills
New skills regarding how a bank works, what products they deal with, what the general view they take impacts business and how they approach problems. Soft-skills like networking and team work.
Responsibilities
I was given some responsability to build a model that has then been used by the team
