Overview
I was involved in helping to create pitch books and decks including finding figures from annual reports and finding relevant press articles. I also made meeting notes
Skills
I developed my organisation skills the most and enhanced my technical skills and ability using excel and powerpoint
Responsibilities
I wasn't given too much responsibility as most of the tasks would always be double checked by an analyst or associate and these were often quite menial
Support & Guidance
There was plenty of support when asked for but otherwise we were expected to know what we were doing most of the time
Culture
People worked long hours in my team, I didn't really get a good sense of the company culture as a whole as 90% of my time was spent within my team
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed making so many connections and the technical skills learnt during. I would recommend to others.
Yes
