Overview
Working on various bridge related projects with different members of the team. From early design stage work to detailed design stage work.
Skills
I have learnt new computational skills and developed design skills both early stage and detailed stage with various design codes.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility and even trusted to interact with external architects and exchange my own calculations with them.
Support & Guidance
I had much guidance from my line manager and more from other senior members of the team within the office.
Culture
The culture was welcoming and relaxed, with a sociable and inclusive attitude.
