Overview
I supported the HV plant, commercial and portfolio team who manage the investment process for replacing and maintaining substation assets.
Skills
I have become a stronger communicator when working with different stakeholders and am more confident leading my own projects and tasks.
Responsibilities
I had the opportunity to lead my own projects and report back to managers on my progress.
Support & Guidance
Everyone at National Grid was supportive and willing to help when needed.
Culture
It was a friendly place to work with people always willing to help each other out.
