Responsibilities
I was given a reasonable amount of responsibility in handling clients in the Sales department. Almost no responsibilities in analytics.
Support & Guidance
A lot. Many points of contacts were given in various teams, everyone was willing to chat and help out. There were multiple mentorship schemes.
Culture
Extremely welcoming and supportive. Very diverse group of employees and a heavy focus on D&I.
