Overview
The insight programme was very informative and throughout the 3 day programme I heard from Deloitte colleagues from across their service lines (apart from Legal which I was looking forward to). You also get the opportunity to speak to apprentices in each service line so you can ask them any questions you have which is great. I also got the opportunity to learn more about Deloitte as well as participating in skill building activities & other workplace skills such as presenting.
Skills
I am developed my confidence in delivering presentations to a large number of people as well as my commercial awareness.
Business Insight
It was very useful and it was great to here from Deloitte's apprentices directly. The programme was very informative regarding further opportunities.
Culture
The atmosphere was great and very supportive.
