Overview
Day starts with standups within our assigned team. We also have meetings with our other group project. We then may have more meetings. Around an hour break for lunch etc with a coffee break latet (although this is very flexible). All round just super duper chill and promotes learning throughout!

I've learnt so much! Java, Gradle, Springboot, Python, Pipelines, Github, CICD, TDD, AWS, Soft skills Ive also learnt a lot of data concepts by talking to senior members freely :)) (i was services intern but i was still able to learn a lot about data related topics)
Responsibilities
Yes! We were all given the lead on our projects with immense support; we showcased what we were working on each morning during out standups! We all got the opportunity to lead a sprint as scrum masters! We had to present our tools which delivered value to the business!
Support & Guidance
Immense! We were all assigned a mentor and a buddy and we were encouraged to ask questions and attend variety of different talks which were all interesting! Theres a tight network in capital one meaning that you freely ask people questions in topics that you were interested in :))

Its amazing, chill and supportive! During lunch people often prompted people to play games and activities! The intern group became a very close and friendly group which encouraged us to learn even more!
