Overview
Filling vacancies for the clients we worked for on our account. I was responsible for finding/ sourcing suitable candidates and helping them through the interview process to ensure they were successful and offered the position.
Skills
I have certainly developed new sales- skills through the job role I was performing. This position helped me to learn through trial and error the psychology of sales based roles and what strategies work best.
Responsibilities
Yes I was certainly given a lot of experience very early on in my placement year journey which helped me to adapt and progress quickly. It definitely felt as if I was an ordinary employee rather than a placement year student.
Support & Guidance
I always felt as if there was help at hand should I need it, Randstad were great for making your opinion feel heard.
