Overview
Four days of workshops and sessions which focused mainly on Natwest as an employer, how to gain a spot on their internship and working on our employability skills. All took part on zoom with a range of staff from Natwest.
Skills
Yes, had many useful workshops which allowed me to develop my skills. The ones which I took the most from was conifdence and presenting.
Business Insight
It was great to learn about the wide range of roles within Natwest and that for my specific area Data and Analytics the large amount of roles and vacancies available.
Culture
Amy who hosted the insight week set the bar high with her bubbly personality. All the other staff we met were also very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the insight week and I could now see myself having an enjoyable role at Natwest in the future. Even if I don't go on to work at Natwest I have still taken a lot from this week.
Yes
Keep an open mind. Natwest don't seem to look for relevant experience they are looking more at what kind of person you are.
