Overview
A typical morning starts a 9.30 with Welcome and Icebreaker and Introduction to the day, then there will be several panels involving skill-building sessions/ networking sessions/ graduate panels/ business lead & employee panels (varying each day). Attendees will have around a 1h15m lunch break, then come back to have a go at the 2hr Insights Week Challenge which is a group work session where attendees will collaborate together and produce a PowerPoint to be presented on the last day of the Insights Week. Finally, the week is wrapped up with a warm closing session from the team, leaving us with more insights into NatWets's value, culture and approach at championing potentials of people, family and businesses.

Business Insight
Graduate panels, Business Leader panels and Employee panels allowed us to gain a deeper and more detailed understanding of what daily work is like for each function we applied for. It provided us with an idea of what a typical day is like to be working at that specific function, which cleared our minds for us to set our future career paths to pursue.
Culture
Welcoming, warming, inclusive and diverse. Feels safe and comfortable expressing opinions and asking questions. All speakers were very supportive and gave constructive advice on professional development.
