Overview
Virual experience involved a variety of sessions, ranging from skills sessions, collaborative and interactive tasks as well as the opportunity to speak to graduates and colleagues at NatWest. This allowed us to gain a whole insight into various sectors within the bank.
Skills
I have learnt the importance of networking and have taken useful tips and approaches to make the most out of networking - this has given me the confidence to approach future opportunities with greater success. I have also improved on presenting.
Business Insight
It was evident that there is a huge variety of job opportunities at NatWest and that all rolls intertwine with one another - that is what makes the business successful. It became apparent to me that one can truly understand what NatWest does through the internship and graduate program, something I am aspiring to get on.
Culture
There is great sense of inclusivity and excitement within the company. All colleagues were very welcoming, supportive and kept us engaged. The atmosphere is really pleasant and I am more interested in working here in the future.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the virtual experience - it was engaging and refreshing as there was versatility in the sessions planned for us. I thought that the length of the sessions were appropriate and interesting. There was lots of opportunity for us to address our questions regarding the company.
