    Your Impressions

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Really enjoyed learning more about the firm - its culture really stands out Program leaders also did a good job of keeping us engaged despite the program being virtual - seemed genuinely interested in us However as there were 100 interns on the program so had to fight to get noticed a lot; would have appreciated a smaller cohort size

  • 8. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group
  • Practice for the numerical logical and situational judgement test as application process is iterative, performance at each stage determines your ability to progress to the next Also practice for video interview - can be a little daunting as you are just speaking to a screen and answers are recorded
