Overview
Shadowing, modelling and networking. Internship long project and desk specific projects would take about a quarter of the time
Skills
Yes, many networking skills as well as presentation skills and learning how the bank and markets work
Responsibilities
Yes I was given some real work, like creating a model that was used in valuing a transaction or producing marketing material that was sent to clients
Support & Guidance
Good from HR, sometimes lacking from the line manager
Culture
Great atmosphere, good people that can have fun and are not hardos
Your Impressions
Very much, the program itself is very well organised with several activities for interns. Desks sometimes don't do enough to include you, and you have to ask repeatedly to be given tasks
Yes
Learn about the culture and the values because they are constantly used in your work, and referencing them is the basis
