Overview
I helped the consultants writing heritage assessments and desk-based assessments. I also accompanied some of the consultants on a few site visits.
Skills
I was given the opportunity to write parts of reports and was taught how to assess the significance of proposals on the value of heritage assets.
Responsibilities
I was given a good amount of responsibility to I genuinely felt I was helping my colleagues but without feeling overwhelmed or out of my depth
Support & Guidance
I was assigned a different consultant per week to work alongside which meant I had a good amount of support each week
