Overview
I was given a specific project to assess the risk of credit customer.
Skills
- Development of Excel skills. - Opportunities to present the project to the team -Formal meetings with management.
Responsibilities
I was in charge of the project in collaboration with the management team in my department. This allowed me to work independently on the project under the direction of my line manager.
Support & Guidance
I was always able to ask for any assistance that I required and in the first few days/week I worked with multiple different members of the team which gave me a comprehensive understanding of the operations in my department.
Culture
I feel accepted and respected in the work environment at L'Oreal. The general atmosphere is relaxed.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the placement. The only issue I saw was the exclusion of DC interns from the Hammersmith Interns. Everything was designed to be beneficial for the interns in London.
