Overview
Weekly repetitive administrative jobs, such as producing weekly reports on Microsoft Excel. Administrative tasks, such as chasing senior stakeholders. Had to then format the slides to the desired level
Skills
Attention to detail Communication
Responsibilities
Not really. Managers had a lot of work on so did not have much time for me or showing me how to do things to a good level
Support & Guidance
There was some training provided for industrial placement students with the rest of the grads
Culture
Lots of the senior people are very busy. OVerall, people are willing to help you when they see you are from early careers and give you insight into their role. But actual day to day support is very limited from my experience as my manager didn't have the time for me which is a shame
Your Impressions
Not the most enjoyable for me
No
You will likely have a good experience it just depends on what team you are placed in. I think there's just some unlucky ones
