Overview
Worked on projects providing engineering support. Daily tasks varied a lot depending on where the work was at. I did a lot of lab work as well as meetings and analysis
Skills
I have developed modelling skills and my presentation skills as well as learning new lab techniques
Responsibilities
Yes, I led my main project and was given a lot of independence around what I did day-to-day
Support & Guidance
A good amount, my supervisor was very helpful but I lacked any team manager and higher management support
Culture
Poor. It was quiet and many people worked from home due to Covid-19

Not much, I will not be coming back to this company

The application is easy but will be scrutinised a lot so take your time with your answers. Do not worry about the technical interview, it is not designed to be extremely difficult
