Overview
Opening customer accounts using SAP and generating reports using PowerBI. Also optimised the processing of customer data by programming Excel sheets using VBA
Skills
Learnt how to use VBA, PowerBI and the SAP ERP, as well as gaining experience manipulating Excel data
Responsibilities
Due to being based in a separate location to the rest of my team, the placement involved heavy self-management and time-management and hence a lot of responsibility in organising my day-to-day routine
Support & Guidance
Although based away from my team, was always able to reach them remotely for guidance
Culture
Generally quite relaxed and friendly and felt able to openly express views/feedback regardless of management hierarchy
