Overview
Assisting the Trade and Working Capital Team in tasks that both enhanced the functionality of the division and provided customised solutions for clients.
Skills
I have learned the value of soft skills such as communication, being proactive with receiving and responding to feedback, and presenting, as well as professional skills such as attention to detail when formatting presentations and efficiency when dealing with Excel data
Responsibilities
I worked on real-life, real-time tasks that provided value to JP Morgan and their clients

I received plenty of support and guidance, with mentors across various levels of seniority.
Culture
The company culture and the general atmosphere were encouraging and helpful. Everyone was excited to help and see young talent grow.
