Overview
I attended daily stand-ups to share status reports and consolidate updates to our task board.
Skills
I learnt the importance of proper design documentation before implementation. Due to the level of expertise of the team, I also learnt good code practices, as well as, efficient team communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes. I had an unusual but effective experience - I was integrated fully into the team. Instead of working on a project in isolation, I contributed to different codebases within the team, and department.

It exceeded my expectations. I was generally happy with the work I did, and communication with the many talented people in the company.
Yes
Just do it. Of course, you need to want it, but after wanting it, go for it. I had a wonderful time here and I'm pretty sure anyone coming over to Bloomberg would too.
