Overview
As a Summer Analyst I was involved in some daily tasks such as morning minutes, shadowing or work on specific topics. There was never a dull moment in my day since everyone was very talkative and keen to meet you.
Skills
I learnt how the different departments in the bank work and about the technical aspects of some products. Besides, I further improved my existing skills by using them in the working environment.
Responsibilities

My managers, buddy and HR have always been super supportive regarding any question or problem. Furthermore, I had also a senior mentor which guide me through the 10 weeks internship.
Culture
Super. I have been positively surprised by how the bank really suppor and invest in its employee. Culture is not aggressive and I was feeling that I could really do great without stress and anxiety.
