They treat you like a normal employee so you get real responsibility and can see where you're having an impact. They also throw lots of opportunities at you so you can get as much as possible out of the internship
Support & Guidance
you get a 1:1 with your manager every 2 weeks, and you have 1:1s with members of your team each week. You are also assigned a buddy and they encourage you to ask for help if you get stuck on anything
Culture
Great company culture- everyone is willing to talk to you and offer their time and help. Lots of team lunches and after work drinks for those who are interested. Also have team offsights to bond and get to know everyone better.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed it very much to the point I would like to work for Adobe as a full time employee as oppose to an intern. Great opportunities, people and the office is stunning.
